Full-length sequence is added to the 1,678 RAFL clones on our catalogue

RIKEN BRC has characterized full-length sequences of RAFL clones under the support from NBRP. Since 2006, RAFL clones of possible splicing variant were selected for the analysis, and 1,678 sequences were obtained and deposited to DDBJ. The sequences are now available from our catalogue.
